arugula and chickpea salad

Our go-to weekday lunch. This is heavily seasoned, so adjust if you don't like flavor.

mix @chickpeas, @arugula, @brussel sprouts{}, @purple onions{}, @hemp seeds{}, @nooch, @garlic, @salt, @pepper, @sunflower seed kernels{}

add @oil{1%fl oz} and @lemon juice{1%fl oz}.

mix it all up and enjoy.

  1. add all the dry ingredients and mix
  2. add dressing, mix
  3. forget about it for 5 minutes while you get distracted with the dogs
  4. pretend you like it better with the arugula wilted a little bit
